Employment Sponsorship — Questions

It is the legal transfer of an employee’s work permit from one private-sector employer to another, subject to PAM rules; Future Gate manages the full transfer process.
Employees earn 15 days’ pay per year for the first five years, then one month’s pay per year thereafter, calculated on the last drawn salary as a minimum entitlement.
